I Like Your Likes

Good day friends, this about a day late, but better late than never they say. The other day in the break room at my job, as I was downing down water and scanning through unique pieces of other bloggers(all of you are great by the way), I received a notification which said…

When I saw that, I felt like getting up out of my chair and doing something along the lines of this.

And I would have turned up, but I was afraid my coworkers would walk in the room and say something along the lines of this.

I shared the small,  good news with my best friend and she congratulated me. Then later on after work, as I was warming up my baby in the parking lot, I did some talking to another good friend of mine; my friends for life named Jesus. I thanked him for all of the people who take the time to read; comment on; and like my stuff, and that he continues to fill my mind with more ideas. I’ve been blogging it up since September of last year, and I feel truly blessed.

I said my thanks to my Heavenly Father, and so now I would like to do the same with all of you. It warms my heart just seeing the views from day to day, but getting feedback and likes is a plus. Just having one person like something I wrote which I didn’t think wad all that than a bag of chips, is enough to put a smile on my face.

To those I follow, I want to end by saying that I enjoy reading all of your work. Seeing you put your heart and time into what you write motivates me to do the same. Have a good day. God bless.

By David Harris

I was born on January 31, 1992. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in December 2015 with a B.S. My major was Communications, with a concentration in Print & Web Journalism. My minor was English, with a concentration in Creative Writing. Writing is my passion. I’m a book lover. I prefer to to be called a Booklion rather than a bookworm. Why- lions are mightier.
My first love is Jesus Christ. I was raised in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. No we are not a cult. We are Christians who worship on Saturday.
I have been stuttering since I was four, but through Christ I have persevered through it and will continue to do so. I’m not thing with Him.
Singing is another passion of mine. God blessed with me with the gift of song, which I am grateful for.
