Evening friends and family. I heard through the grapevine about this Blogmas trend that a good many of bloggers are doing. It seems like a fun idea, so I’m going to give it a try.
Keep in mind I tried to do a month long blog challenge and I didn’t make it through due to my hectic work schedule. Some of you all know what it’s like when your work steals most of your time and has you feeling drained after. Can you all please pray that I can follow this all the way through? I would appreciate it. I’m going to just do 12 Days to be on the safe side!
Yesterday I started off December with a blog post talking about the song We Three Kings and some deep clarification about those wise men and the star that led them to the Son of God. Consider that my Day 1 of Blogmas.
Day 2: A Christmas Photo
The date was December 5, 2010, the first semester of my high school senior year. In this picture are me along with couple of my former high school show choir members. We and the rest of our show choir were in Gatlinburg to perform some Christmas music for some esteemed individuals residing there. The night this picture was taken, we watched a beautiful holiday parade and sang songs through the parks at the top of our lungs. This picture doesn’t just make me think of the holidays. It makes me think of highschool and all the good times I had during those four years, which at the time seemed like 100. I reminisce about working together with my other staff members on our highschool paper- The Viking Conqueror. Rehearsing Monday nights with my showchoir in preparation for our traditional Cabaret Night. Busting moves and getting hype during peprallies. Letting lose during school dances. Wearing a huge crown on my head on my prom night. Wonderful times indeed. I miss it.
I wish I could continue on, but I have to finish decorating our Christmas tree and putting up decorations. Goodnight.

It’s always nice to look back on those beautiful memories and to have pictures to look at too. Sounds like an amazing time you all had that night I can imagine how nice it was singing and enjoying the parade✨
