Yesterday, after our church fellowship meal, my friend David and I were asked to help our pathfinder group by making posters for an upcoming event we have in the works. I’ve always been a lover of Fine Arts, being a music person, but art as in painting and drawing I am no expert at. If I were the one who had sketched Kate Winslet’s character in the film Titanic, she would probably be offended and stay with the rich, snobbish, unbearable Cal. Still I was happy to participate. David and I started this poster yesterday and I agreed to finish it up. Doing this last night and this afternoon gave me a break from my phone; television; and computer; which for me is always something I appreciate. Those things steal too much time.
