Favorite Recent Purchases

Now here’s a topic I know I can engage you all in- Favorite Recent Purchases. To those of you in Clarksville; Nashville; Goodletsville; Lebanon(not the country); Mt.Juliet; and Gallatin, I KNOW you all shop because at some point I may have delivered to you in the two years I’ve been getting my cardio on at Amazon.

Don’t be shy. I’ll share my favorite recent purchase, then you can go. Last December I purchased a Aobopar Magnetic Whiteboard and Cork Board.

This 16”x12” item is a white board pinboard combination that comes with two hanging hooks; 4 anchor corners; 4 magnets; pins; 3 dry erase markers; a detachable pen tray; and an eraser.

You can find this well priced item at…wait for it… Amazon . Hopefully this item is back in stock. Don’t hurt me. I’m just a driver.

First words I wrote on board.

As simple as it may seem I was ecstatic when the board first came. I know I am a forgetful individual, so I needed a little something extra to keep track of important dates to remember. But don’t you have your phone, you’re asking. Of course I do. Too often. I’m just one of those people who still appreciates physically writing things down.

If I have an idea and I don’t want to forget I will write it down on a sticky note and mount it to my pinboard. Also, you can never go wrong with To-Do lists.

I love utilizing the dry erase half to write words of encouragement and wisdom to myself. Waking up to them as I wobble outta bed to head towards the shower is one thing that gets me set for the day ahead. By sharing those words on my social media platforms I pray that they are helping someone survive the week as well. This week’s words I want to give everyone are Make What You Love A Priority. Whether your priority is Jesus, which should be everybody’s; a loved one; your good hobbies; or yourself, please give whatever or whomever your rattention. For if you do not you are not going to be happy for very long.

This week’s words of wisdom

What is your favorite recent purchase, and why?

By David Harris

I was born on January 31, 1992. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in December 2015 with a B.S. My major was Communications, with a concentration in Print & Web Journalism. My minor was English, with a concentration in Creative Writing. Writing is my passion. I’m a book lover. I prefer to to be called a Booklion rather than a bookworm. Why- lions are mightier.
My first love is Jesus Christ. I was raised in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. No we are not a cult. We are Christians who worship on Saturday.
I have been stuttering since I was four, but through Christ I have persevered through it and will continue to do so. I’m not thing with Him.
Singing is another passion of mine. God blessed with me with the gift of song, which I am grateful for.
