2 Year WordPress Anniversary

Salutations friends and family. How is everyone doing? Monday , as I was getting off from a busy day at work , I received a notification from WordPress, which let me know that that particular day was a special day for me. I have been on WordPress for two years now! Two years of blogging.

To celebrate I decided to make a brand new collage as a new header image. I always try to go with images that best describe me, what I blog about.

Going through my archives almost made me want to cry, because of how far I have come. I think, Did I really write all of these? I remember how long it took for me to just come up with a name for my blog, and then what the heck I was going to write about. Now I look at everything I do talk about and share.

Speech My speech seems to be a topic that I will always have to address, because not everybody is aware of people like me or how to interact with people like me.

Poetry Though I am not the most impressive or in-depth in the world, it’s always fun just sharing my mediocre work with you and seeing how you respond to it.

Music Always happy to keep a song in heart and put a song in yours.

Daily Life I’m flattered that there are those of you who are interested in what I don throughout my week and away from this blog.

Opinions Everyone is entitled to one. However, when I do express mine I seek to be civil and wise in my worlds.

God Sometimes I wonder if I come across as too churchy with my blog. Even if I’m not intentionally ministering, I always find myself referencing God. But I have to write about what I know. The knowledge I have and learn as I go along is not meant to be sat on. It should be spread like a fire.

Also, in celebration of the past two years, I just thought I would share a couple of my previous blog posts with you all. Old to most recent. You can see how much I have grown in my writing.

Thank you all for being with on this journey. Some of you have followed my my blog since the beginning. Please pray God continues to help me grow in my blogging, writing in general. It’s what I love to do.

God Bless. Keep blogging!

By David Harris

I was born on January 31, 1992. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in December 2015 with a B.S. My major was Communications, with a concentration in Print & Web Journalism. My minor was English, with a concentration in Creative Writing. Writing is my passion. I’m a book lover. I prefer to to be called a Booklion rather than a bookworm. Why- lions are mightier.
My first love is Jesus Christ. I was raised in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. No we are not a cult. We are Christians who worship on Saturday.
I have been stuttering since I was four, but through Christ I have persevered through it and will continue to do so. I’m not thing with Him.
Singing is another passion of mine. God blessed with me with the gift of song, which I am grateful for.

Congrats on your 2 year Anniversary David! Proud of you my brother in Christ!!! Blessings to you! May God continue to take you from strength to strength!!! Continue to put Him first and He will do the rest. Trust Him with your writing, its one of the many talents He blessed you with to give back unto Him. Use it for His honor and glory. Submit it fully to Him and never doubt your ability to keep soaring. And watch Him do AWESOME things.
