Day 7: If You Could Have One Super Power..

Hello friends and family. To learn and get involved in the April Blogging Challenge, please visit Dreaming of Guatemala .

I am a sucker for heroes. People in fancy suits and masks. Individuals with super abilities or just mortal men and women who are just as tough and intelligent as any superhuman, mutant, extraterrestrial, deities, machines, et cetera.

If You Could Have Any Super Power…

What an interesting question considering me and Courtni recently saw the superhero movie Shazam. If I could choose an ability I think I would have to go with super speed like that of Superman, Shazam, Quicksilver, and especially the Flash. Aside from doing heroics(free of charge), being able to run faster than speeding bullets; the speed of sound; or light itself could save me a lot of trouble in my daily life. Getting to work on time would never be an issue again. I could always be punctual to church on Sabbath mornings when I’m on deacon duty. And if I ever wanted to visit distance places I could save myself gas and plane fees by just running there in back in the blink of an eye.

I am THE FLASH!!!!!!!

What superpower would you choose?

By David Harris

I was born on January 31, 1992. I graduated from Austin Peay State University in December 2015 with a B.S. My major was Communications, with a concentration in Print & Web Journalism. My minor was English, with a concentration in Creative Writing. Writing is my passion. I’m a book lover. I prefer to to be called a Booklion rather than a bookworm. Why- lions are mightier.
My first love is Jesus Christ. I was raised in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. No we are not a cult. We are Christians who worship on Saturday.
I have been stuttering since I was four, but through Christ I have persevered through it and will continue to do so. I’m not thing with Him.
Singing is another passion of mine. God blessed with me with the gift of song, which I am grateful for.
